Weston-on-Trent Primary School - Collaborative Zine
We celebrated Weston-on-Trent Primary Schools bicentenary in April with pupils from years 4, 5 and 6. In the 200 years since the school opened it had been threatened with closure 5 times.
We asked the pupils to use the school’s archive and their imaginations to fill in the gaps and draw a timeline of why the school nearly closed and what saved it each time.
